Refund policy

At Melbourne Gun Works, your satisfaction is our priority. 

We check our items thoroughly before they are sent out to you. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you are able to return the products for a full refund less postage costs. Conditions do apply. 

• All items must be returned to us in a new and unused condition in original packaging with labels attached within 7 days of delivery.
• SALE items including footwear and clothing cannot be exchanged. 
• If you wish to exchange/return an item you must advise us within 7 days of delivery. 
• A reference number must be obtained before any goods can be returned. You obtain a reference number by calling us on 03 8354 7655 or by emailing us at sales@melbournegunworks.com
